Hotel San Luis Obispo Offering Complimentary Outdoor Yoga Classes on Rooftop Terrace

Hotel San Luis Obispo, Piazza Hospitality’s first property on California’s scenic Central Coast, is now offering complimentary outdoor yoga classes on its rooftop terrace, High Bar. Classes are held Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, and a donation of $10-15 per class is suggested.

Lily Quirk, a Central Coast native with a background in dance and aerial artistry, teaches the classes offered on Thursday and Sunday at 8 a.m. As a certified YogaWorks instructor, Lily has taught a variety of classes including vinyasa, aerial yoga, and barre fusion. Her classes offer a playful flow that welcomes all levels and will leave students feeling grounded and rejuvenated.

Melinda Kincaid teaches the Saturday class at 10 a.m. She believes yoga is a metaphor for all of life's rhythms, lessons, and characteristics, and her class places emphasis on strength and flexibility. She has practiced the art for over 20 years and through her instruction hopes to inspire beauty, love, kindness, understanding, tenacity and acceptance.
